Resolved! new plan starts today but still can't make phone calls

I used up my minutes last month, but my plan starts today. I tried to make phone call, but got told that I can't. I should be able to get the 100 minutes talk today. - My data clears 0 today, but my minutes does not.  So please help to fix the issue.

call goes directly to voicemail

when calling between my husband and myself it goes directly to voicemail. it only is with his phone # and mine. We were with virgin and each had a phone under one account and now went with public mobile under each account. Please help us.

New SIM card already used

New SIM card with receipt but impossible to get help and card cannot be actived!  No possibility to know what happed to the card. No one really cared expect just buy a new one. What a shame!

Unable to make outgoing calls

My plan was auto recharged on Monday July 12 and i can see under by usage i have 98 mins remaining for this month. every time I try making a call i am getting a message "you do not have sufficient minutes". could you please look into this asap.

Resolved! changed the plan on the day of renewal and paid twice

Hi I changed my plan on June 30 and made a manual payment to my account. Then autopay took out the amount for my old plan on the same day. So I was double charged - $25 and $56. How can I get my payment back for my old plan? thanks, Dave

Data exhausted-perfect timing

Ha,After well over a year and paying $15-25 a month to use up bonuses, I used the last of my data today.  Perfect timing as my cycle starts tomorrow.Not complaining in the slightest.
