Hi, I added USA talk and text and it worked yesterday but stopped working today. When I try to call or text it says I need to add those options. Could you help please? Thank you

is it possible you have reached its expiry as they are 15 days now, so if it was 15 days since you originally purchased it, that could be the reason

@karineduck - if you purchased the same roaming addon too soon (before the full 15 days is up) then your account could have a service conflict.
If this is the case ask an agent (CSA) to fix this for you.

Try to reboot your phone once. Mak sure T-Mobile is connected

@karineduck Make sure your network set to T mobile and reboot phone
