Resolved! Authentication Unsuccessful.

Everytime I sign back into this Community Account recently it says 'Authentication Unsuccessful' sometimes 'Failed', or 'insufficient privileges'.. than when I refresh the website I am logged in.. it's so odd.Anyone else experiencing this?

I have 3 phone numbers on my account and me and my wife both ran out of data this cycle and we both did the "$15 for 1 G. In stead of having the 2 charges for $15 , I was charged 4 times for $15. Can someone help ?

No Network, No SMS during SIM activation

Hello, I recently helped a friend to public mobile, we have activated the SIM, credit card debited with subscription but their is no Network on the phone (only SOS), we couldn't get SMS code for final activation, done all trouble shootings.

Data usage showing different numbers

My data plan is 250MB/month. After using 78.91 MB (showing on my phone), it was shut down, soliciting to purchase additional data. My account page also shows that all data is used up. Don't understand this. Can any one explain? Am I missing something...
