Port in error

This is so terrible. On Nov 30, I transferred from Bell to Public. I received the text and confirmed Yes to the port in request. Then I could make phone calls. However, I could not receive any phone call or text message at all. I thought it was temporary, but no, I still cannot even today.

 

I called Bell, and they told me that the port in was “cancelled” and I’m still with Bell. Like WTF??? I checked my settings and it clearly shows the Public. (I only have the public SIM card in the phone too).

Yesterday, I submitted a support ticket to public via the private message here. No response. 

Are there others with the same issues? What happened??
