I got my public mobile sim card and started porting process through app, I also got text from Rogers and replied with YES, as requested to port the number. My public mobile and Rogers sim are somehow both active on same number and Rogers isn't shutting off, I don't wanna be double charged this month, as my financial situation isn't the best.

Always use your old account number rather than your IMEI. Your porting is in limbo now.
I will pm you the Porting Department number to fix.

I got a sim card from public, initiated port request in app, got text from rogers, replied "YES". Now both of them are active and I got wrong ESN/MEID number from public mobile and I haven't received a call from them and its been 10 hours already. I don't wanna be double charged plz help @CS_Agent
