Call telus or go on their website and locate an option to port or transfer phone. Have you done that yet? You have to keep your current provider and phone activated then contact the new provider to create an account to start the process.

To cancel your subscription log on to My Account on the drop down arrow click Payments then click Manage Subscription, turn off subscribed. To port out to keep your phone number you can follow this article.

OK...see 'ya. Just make sure your PM account is active when you port to Telus. You should disable Subscribed before you go...

@margo77 You will have to ask Telus to initiate the port. Make sure to leave your PM sim in the phone until you have answered the authorization text from Telus
