When I go to turn on my hotspot it says I need to contact Public Mobile to allow a
hotspot on this account. I’ve attempted to contact them but it’s been such a pain and I’m not getting anywhere.

I’ve never been able to get my hotspot to work but haven’t had the time to deal with it. It’s always come up with the same error But now I need it for work. So it needs to get fixed.

as of yesterday, they apparently had that problem solved. Maybe not in your case. 😠

Has it ever worked before? I know there was an issue over the weekend, but it should be working now.
