Can't call on my phone with the US/Canada plan

Hey Folks!!

I have the Canada US plan, and now that I'm in the US I can't make or receive calls. Texts are good, WiFi is great, just no calling... ? Help?

I have turned the phone on and off. No calling still.

It turned out my Samsung S8 note wasn't compatible. I had to get a new phone... Sad, but now it works.

@grizzlybasin   If your phone is not VoLTE capable or enabled you will need to try and connect to T-Mobile's 2G network because there is no longer any 3G in the USA.   If VoLTE is not your problem, make sure you are set to 4G/LTE and not 5G because AT&T apparently doesn't support PM phones on 5G.  Your only options there are AT&T and T-Mobile.

PM did let you know that if you're not volte enabled in your phone...talk will not work reliably.

@grizzlybasin  Set phone to LTE and try to connect to  T mobile or AT&T , also do you know if your phone / account  has voLTE enabled
