Do I lose Loyalty Pays / Pre-Authorized Payment if I switch to the 15GB of data for only $40⁺⁺

Hello,

I'm currently on the old 3G Unlimited CND/USA +10.5G Plan.

 

I'm interested to switch to the current promotion: 15GB of data for only $40⁺⁺

 

 

Question:

Do I loose the all my Loyalty Pays / Pre-Authorized Payment?

The current rewards plan will continue with the new plan or I'll be stock with the point-back system?

You would keep everything EXCEPT the unlimited US calling. There are no more US calling plans. Only add-ons now.

Adding - but you likely have a bunch of the freebie minutes that can call the US too.

@Maverick_FA  Yes rewards are tied to account not you plan 

 

edit when plan renewals and do this 

Try  again  incognito mode/private mode or a different device or lap top or simply try refreshing the page when logged in

Changing plan won't affect your system of rewards.  Everything will stay same

So I should receive another dollar in April (my 3rd year of loyalty with PM)?

@Maverick_FA  no worry, changing plan won't affect your current rewards.  You will stay on the same rewards system, old one

 

Only thing it might affect is the activation bonus, those 2GB for so many months promotion.  If you don't have that, no worry

@Maverick_FA   No you get to keep your rewards but if you changed plan immediately and not on renewal rewards for this cycle won’t reflect correctly 

 

edit so be sure to change on renewal
