on the weekend, I had no phone service, when I logged in, it said I needed to make payment to reinstate the services. No payment was reflected in payment history, which is odd since I am on preauthorized payment. I needed service, I paid the bill. I noticed my credit card has been charged twice. But my Public mobile account did not show a posting of the originally pre authorized credit card payment. I need a refund for that over payment.

@su3 , if the payment history in your online account only shows one payment, then only one payment would have been taken. Check your credit card payment history carefully. There might be a pending payment that will drop off. If you were actually charged twice based on the payment history, then use the chat link on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.
