Hi,
I ported to PM a few days back with my number 437-255-6844 and then changed the plan but PM charged me twice one for switching number then for changing the plan.
Then I realized I did not had good network coverage in my area and hence I ported it back to Bell.
So, I need to know when I am going to get refund for the 2nd charge of $39.xx and another refund on prorata basis as I didnt use the service even for a week. Thanks.

PM is a prepaid provider. They will issue refund for the duplicated charge but not the original charge
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
