Pm says I don't have roaming.

I am trying to call my roommate. He is on PM as well. I get an error when i try to call him saying that I do not have US roaming credits. I cannot call him. I can call elsewhere.

Phone number doesn't work--not a transfer.

I cannot call my phone (the response is "number cannot be completed as dialed"). I also do not receive texts from Public Mobile to verify my account. This was a new phone number offered by PM. Any suggestions?

Resolved! Re-use a SIM card?

I left Canada, and allowed my account to be deactivated. I would like to use Public Mobile again when I return; will I be able to re-use my old SIM card, or will I have to buy a new one? Thank you!

Transfer phone number to public

Trying to set up a new account and transfer my current telus number over.   It keeps saying my 10 digit number is not valid - it’s my current telus number in BC.  I also had a public account with this number previously.  Any idea how to fix?

Public Mobile Checkout Page Issue
