My son has lost his phone and we don’t know how to recover the information from his iCloud as he has forgotten his password. How do I cancel payment for this phone if I can’t get a passcode from lost phone.
It looks like my plan was supposed to end January 30, but my phone seems to be working still. I’m going from Canada to the US so I wanted to know if my phone will still work or do I need to get the add on. This is my current plan. Thanks
I added 3 GB data by mistake, I wanted to add 3GB US instead. Now I don’t know how to get reimbursed. I will never use it up, I don’t use up the data with the plan I am on. I tried contacting Customer Service but get an error code. Please help.
Yes the above picture is my current plan. What I’m worried about is underneath the amount that the plan is it states it ends January 30. My plan automatically renews February 3rd. However will I have to get a different plan if this plan is ending?
