For your login issue, what exact error you got? you cannot receive the 2FA? or something other errors?
Let's try to get you back the access to My Account first
If you cannot receive 2FA, try this
you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Resend code and then choose Send email
If issues persists, Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS in linking My Account with EverSafe ID
If none of those workarounds helps, please open ticket with support by direct message here:

@Rose19 There’s a new ever safe ID that was introduced with system update . Try tapping resend code and you should get option to send it to email instead . If still no dice . Submit ticket with support to help you out
