Disable Automatic payment after transferring # and SIM out of Public

Hi I need to disable my automatic payment. However, I can't access my account after transferring SIM, although I enter properly the EverSafe code #.

Kindly please let me know how to do it.

If you remember when your next renewal was going to be then just keep an eye on your credit card around then just so you can be sure. There have been very rare cases of charges continuing after port out. So just keep an eye out.

Once you port out of PM, your account will be closed, SIM rendered useless and AutoPay will be closed.

@DELM  If your ported your number out successfully then your PM account is automatically closed . Hence you can no longer sign in anymore . You won’t be charged again
