No you are not allowed to have more than one phone number on an account. Your granddaughter has the plan - all you need to do is is update the credit card to your card.

hi @webb12xx

the easiest way is to login to the daughter's account and update the credit card there with yours on Payment page

or you can also help to pay by voucher.  Buy from Shoppers drug Mart and load the voucher using "611 on the daughter's phone, or by calling 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone

@webb12xx  You can only have one phone number / per account within email , but what you can do is just change the payment method in her account to your credit card

Update credit card info

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link

https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/my-payment/manage-subscription

Hello @webb12xx

You can place the Public Mobile app on your phone if you don't already have it, then log in to her account using her email and password, go to the payment section and change the credit card from there. Easy as pie. You can have as many accounts as you want being paid from your credit card.
