No 5G. Plan says Yes. In Toronto

I moved to Public Mobile for the Canada/Mexico plan and my plan says 5G but my phone does not.  I’ve tried all suggestions but cannot get 5G. Yes my phone is compatible as I had 5G for years with the other guys.

Time zone

When I go into my usage breakdown and it shows me the time for incoming and outgoing texts and calls, the time zone if off by a couple of hours. How do I correct that so that it shows me the correct time?

This will apply to some 4G phones as well then as the s10+ is such. Thanks community for all the insights. Will try the A71 as well and see if it works because it is on hand and the user relies on simpler tech.
