hi @Ivan34

Did you get a text from the old carrier, did you reply Yes within 90 mins?

check and make sure your old carrier sim is removed and PM sim is enabled and set with label Primary.

then Reboot your phone and Reset network settings and test if you can receive inbound calls

If not, then it could be an incomplete port.  PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call.

And in case the poring team cannot help and ask you to submit ticket (or you rather submit ticket anyway),  you can submit  ticket by direct message:

Remember CS_agent will reply to your Community inbox within 2 to 4 hours, please check your inbox here:

you got a text from old provider and you replied yet? You removed old provider sim and reboot with PM sim there?

There is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them

But if you cannot reach them or they said they cannot help, you will need to contact PM using this link:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

And CS_Agent will reply to your community inbox, check here:
