I’m transferring my number from different provider since yesterday, but still my phone isn’t working on public mobile. Please help

@Tame Did you reply YES to. The confirmation text from your old provider ? Or miss the text altogether . You would have to reply YES with in 90 mins of receiving the text . If this is the case . No worries there. A number for live support to help with private message it to you now . As we not allowed to post it here . And get it fixed

If you replied to the text with YES with the old SIM in your phone within the 90 minute window confirming you are porting over to PM. Just reboot your phone by powering off then power back on.
If you missed replying to the text, you will need a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you but leave the old SIM in your phone.
