I got a new phone and a new SIM card. I have an iPhone X and got a physical SIM card and I am not getting text or any service on the phone at all. I need to login to the account so I can change the SIM number but cannot login because I am not getting text!
any suggestions?

You can try to get back My Account quickly to make change of the sim card with some proven great tricks.
Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS in linking My Account with EverSafe ID

There are some weird tricky things to maybe possibly work around this but but I guess I suggest contacting support. I really don't like to though.

Thing like try to reset the password and then try logging in with the new password and then click the resend code and the email option might appear.
Or type in random 6 digits 4 times. The email option might appear.
This new system has been really poorly rolled out. Hopefully something might work for you.

Did you complete the new login system prior to all this? If so then you can click on resend code to get the email option.
