When I look at the redemption history it shows $2 ATU and $4 Tenure what does this mean? Why is it 0 points?

Does the amount show under payments as a reduction right away? Just want to make sure it goes through as points were already taken.

Would it benefit you to have a variety of redemption amounts?I would like to see lower amounts for those who would like to cash in more frequently. For example cash in at $5 & $10.On the flipside, perhaps some would like to cash in with higher amount...
