The Prepaid payment was made on June 07 2023 to Public Mobile as it has since I started my subscription, however on June 09 my service was turned off & I received a text message to call 611 to make a payment. I would like to be credited for my payment that was made & my subscription reinstated.

Thank you everyone for your prompt responses. My bad I was confused as to why subscription went inactive. New bank card number was the issue. Once I updated my bank card info everything went through, I have receipt as paid now with prepaid service. And not 10 mins later my service is active.

Try rebooting your phone by powering it off then back on.

Do you mean July? You've had no service since June 9? Did you possibly have a credit card problem and maybe the bank reversed some charges and included this one?
By the way, the renewal date moves due to the plan being 30 days. It doesn't stay the same like with a postpaid plan.

can you login to My Account now?
if you check your Credit card, do you see the PM payment successfully made ? or it got reversed?
