Roaming sms flurry of SMS notifications

I tried to call my cell phone using my alexsa and all I get is a busy signal. I tried my txt plus it rings. My dad tries to call he gets the busy signal but I have gotten other calls. Why does this happen and how can it be fixed?

Unable to receive mms/sms since activation

Good afternoon,I ported and activated my service March 14/23, since then I have been unable to receive MMS/SMS, contacts receive them from me.  Their devices shows message sent to me but I get nothing.
