Hi everyone, I wanted to change to a different plan. I put the new plan in my cart last night but didn't pay for it. And I noticed that my plan was renewed automatically early this morning with the old plan. Is there any way to switch to a new plan and get the rate adjusted? Do I need to contact a customer agent? Thank you!

Putting it in the cart was not the scheduled plan change method. You could have used the scheduled plan change to get your new plan. Maybe support will be nice. Be nice. They don't have to.

Thank you so much everyone!

HI @Guoyou
do not try to make the plan change yourself now
you can try to submit ticket with agent and see if they are willing to change it for you without extra charge, if not, then you will have to schedule for next cycle instead. But submit ticket first and hope for the best:

@Guoyou You can just make the change for next renewal now , or support can help out but you might have to pay the new plan cost upfront and lose out on current cycle you already paid for

Keep an eye on your mailbox here as that is where your reply will come in (envelope icon on desktop, click your avatar icon in the corner and then click messages if on mobile).
For the future, if you intend on switching plans you can set it up to switch on the next renewal. This way you get to use up the service you already paid for and it will change for you automatically without two charges in the same month.
