But are you still in US? did you try to manually connect to T-Mobile or AT&T ? Try if you are still there
And did you enable Roaming data and VoLTE?
Where US you are now at or were?

Which roaming add-on did you purchase? Did you turn on data roaming and then connect to T-Mobile or AT&T? Many had more success with T-Mobile
