Refund for additional charge

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

My wife was with Public Mobile til August 28.  She paid $36.75 on August 22 and used services til August 28.  On September 11 she was charged an additional $26.75.  Was this supposed to be the refund. Please explain. Thanks

I removed the spoiler.  Sometimes, members accidently click on the option.

Unless she removed Autopay from her account (or ported away)...the account will just keep renewing until someone lets PM know that she no longer needs the service. Can you log in to her account and look at Payment History to see what payments were made on which days. Post a screenshot here and we can help sort things out for you.

No refunds. The second was $26.75 or $36.75? The latter is in AB for $35. The former doesn't calculate out. Does she have another account here? A kid here?

did she try to make a plan change or a manual payment?

do you see $25 in Available fund now? or any thing showing on Transaction logs for Sept 11?

@6000STE   Why you expecting a refund ? Did she change plans immediately and not on renewal by any chance if so that’s why PM is pre paid no pro rating here . If not please submit ticket with support to investigate
