Cancel my Account RIGHT NOW!~
Your Chatbot lies out of its *** as though that’s not bad enough, you’re so uncivil that you have to lie to me saying that I Sam under prepaid when I am under monthly subscription basis and then to make matters worse, your Chatbot is a liar in terms of being able to cancel my account whereas following the instructions gets me nowhere! I want the refund from you for the plan which service is dysfunctional/malfunctioning

PM is a prepaid carrier and usually do not provide refund. If you have used the service and just do not like it, there is surely no refund.
to cancel the plan, and if you need the phone number, you need to port your phone number away
if you are giving up the phone number, you will have to login My Account, go to Payment page, and click Manage subscription and turn off Subscribed there

@LambdaSpears If chat bot not working for you , just send private message to support agents , and yes public mobile is pre paid every 30 days not monthly
