I am trying to set up an account for someone else and everytime I enter the verification code sent to email I get and invalid code notification.
Also purchased a sim card and data plan and when prompted to continue activation it tries making me sign in again then email and password are invalid.
Starting to seem like a big scam.
I've been on public mobile for a couple years and lately been having more issues with the website. At times I have to reset my password every login (not forgetting it as it is written down)

I signed up a co-worker this morning and she started through the website then we finished signing her up through the app. Download the app from the app store, sign in using her credentials and finish signing up.

If you have been using browser to activate , please use the app and try again
if you have been using the browser on the phone already, clear cache before you install the app and try
