Thanks for the reply, it ended up working after moving the sim card to another phone and then back, or it was just the passing of time... Maybe it was on Christmas break??

did you request port? maybe the text gone to your old provider, put the old sim card back and check
or ask PM to help. You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket at this stage, so just message them
