I transferred my number to another provider. I logged into my account to close it down after the number was successfully transferred and I can no longer get access to my account. It just redirects to the home page. Can anyone confirm that my account was closed down when the number was transferred and I don't have to do anything further?

@vonnieb Your account automatically closes once your number has successfully ported out. You don't need to do anything further unless you want your credit card removed from the system in which case open a ticket with customer support at the chat icon bottom right of this page.
