you can click this link to start process of Customer Support help. Give them your acct #, name on acct, ph #...etc...

added...if you're at end of current renewal and need service fast, you can get to 7-11 and buy a Public Mobile payment voucher, then dial 611 to add it to her account. Muskbird.com has on-line vouchers but there's a small user fee involved.
