I set up an account for my elderly mother. I need to update the credit card information but I can't remember the email or pin number I used to set up the account. I just want to keep it going and set up auto pay.

you can click this link to start process of Customer Support help. Give them your acct #, name on acct, ph #...etc...

added...if you're at end of current renewal and need service fast, you can get to 7-11 and buy a Public Mobile payment voucher, then dial 611 to add it to her account. Muskbird.com has on-line vouchers but there's a small user fee involved.
