Hi!
How can I cancel a subscription not having the number (SIM) anymore!? The website (poor one) as the customer support does not provide the info. Now to access my account its asking for a code sent to a number I don't have access anymore (never asked for it before!!!!!!).

I don't have the option "Didn't get the code", just "Resend code" to the number I don't have access anymore.

IF you can log in to your account then just remove Subscription.

If you ported out your number then your account is already deleted.
You can redirect to receive confirmation code to email.
