PM to Koodo number ported - Billed again from PM.

I was offered a promotion for PM to Koodo, all done through Telus,  I have ported my PM number to Koodo 5 days ago and still got billed from PM.. can this be reverted back?

@Norbit   Use the link I gave you to contact customer service.  You would need to do that before CCTS would consider a complaint in any case.

If you ported out to Koodo. Your account should be closed and you can’t login to your account.

Something doesn’t sound right. If your PM SIM still works then porting wasn’t completed. 
Did you reply to the text from PM (with PM SIM in your phone) and replied with YES confirming you are porting to Koodo within the 90 minutes window?If not then porting will be in limbo.

You should contact Koodo and check if them resent a text to PM confirming you are porting to Koodo.

I am still able to logon to my account sure.. my PM SIM card is deactivated and

my PM number is now ported to Koodo 5 days before the due date..

a week my PM number was ported and still got billed, and I'm told they won't refund?

So what Am I supposed to do for this paid month?? I'd like to use it at least, wait.. CAN'T PM sim is deactivated!..
I guess I will have to contact the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS) to file a complaint

@Norbit   If you ported right on your renewal date it may have been too late to stop the renewal.  Can you still log in to your PM account?   It should be closed if the port was successful.  You can submit a ticket to customer service via the chat icon bottom right of this page, or if that doesn't work send them a private message here

Did you port out before or after your renewal date?

You shouldn’t be charged if you port out before or on your renewal date? But will be charged for the rest of the month if you port out after your renewal date.

Unfortunately, PM is a prepaid service therefore no refund but you can submit a ticket to an Agent on Chatbot.
