Hi, could you send me the number to the PM support team as well? This whole system is awful. Confirmed the switched from Koodo, but can't get service from PM. Hence can't verify my account or log in because we have no access to SMS. The system won't let you verify your credentials any other way. Completely ridiculous. PM customer service agent is zero help. What am awful system. We're just looking to switch back at this point but PM is holding our number hostage. Can get SMS, so can't confirm another number port either.
