Hi, activated new sim last night (first time with Public Mobile) I can make calls but i cannot receive calls or messages , stuck at confirm your identity, see here this happens a lot ,any help is much appreciated.

Thank you for your reply Handy1, but no old provider, in the past i had a free VoIP app ,phone new too.

@escu Did you port a number over for another carrier ? . If you did did you leave old providers SIM card in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port ? If you old providers SIM card still works the port didn’t complete . In such a case you can call the porting team number for live support to help re trigger the port request for you . Since we can’t list it here I will Private message it to you
