SIM card is need or not for 4g plan to 5g plan

I have one question, recently i changed my 4G plan to 5G plan. It should purchase any 5G sim or continue on same sim card  ????

you don't need to change sim card, the same sim card will work on 4G or 5G, only the phone matters in this case

Negative. All PM SIM cards work on 3G 4G and 5G. No need for a new card at all. Also, if your phone can do eSIM, the first one is $5 and everyone after that is free. However, I'd stick with the physical SIM card as you can swap it into pretty much any phone within moments. eSIM you can't.
