Voicemail not working

When I receive the voicemail I can't access it  then I have to call my cellphone and check it. It is inconvenient. Please explain how to solve it.

What device are you trying to access voicemail from? iPhones with newer iOS have voicemail access through the phone widget. No need to call your voicemail if you have iPhone. Hope the below helps:

1. Go to the Phone app

   

   on your iPhone.

2. Tap Voicemail, then tap a message.
