Hi, I ported my number to Public Mobile (activated Jul 07, 2026) on an eSIM, and I’m having a problem with incoming service.
Outgoing works fine — I can make calls and send texts. But incoming does NOT work:
• Incoming calls go straight to voicemail without ringing my phone.
• Incoming texts (both SMS and iMessage) don’t reach me.
• My outgoing texts also don’t seem to be delivered.
What I’ve already tried:
• Restarted the phone.
• Confirmed my number shows correctly in both the Public Mobile app and iPhone Settings (it had briefly shown a wrong number, which I’ve corrected).

I did that process from the beginning. I got a message f from my old provider and replied YES. And I removed the ohisycal sim after realizing that I can do phone calls from my cellphone but then I realized that I dad those other issues

A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins. If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls work, then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
