Hello.
I just signed up for Public Mobile. It says on my phone that it's moved over and I can make calls and text. However, when I try to confirm my identity to get full use of account, it says that it will text a 6 digit code to my number but I haven't received it. I try to log a ticket but there is no category that fits that label. Any help would be appreciated as I've tried the community link to the ticket but it leads me nowhere. Beyond frustrated.
