Does anyone know of any other way to get a hold of their Support so I can correct this error and ensure that I get my SIM in the mail?
@amandasung Usually with in the hour , they start with some verification questions before being able to help . Just keep an eye on your community in box after you submit ticket for their reply or use this link to it
