My wife has her account locked now for several days and I can not get in even with new passwords. It just won't let us back in keeps says account locked try again in one hour. V

Just curious if your wife created a Eversafe ID if she is longtime member.
Click on Sign Up before login to her account.
If an ID was created then you need to contact a CS_Agent by private messaging between the hours of 9:00am to 10:00pm EST.

Maybe cache problem. This issue usually resolvable if you use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login again. Please try
