Is it down here in Toronto? I amtrying to finish the purchase and activate a sim and keep ask me to finish activation or login page which I already logged in and sent an activation code to email. However when click either options it will take me to a new window for login again and the same credential fails

Activation portal was up at the time you were activating
You weren't using the app to activate, were you? Please install the PM app on your phone and continue with the Subscription using the app
