Hi,
So website and app are both telling me that the website and apps are down for maintenance.
Asked chatbot when this would be completed. It claimed there is not maintenance scheduled.
Tried to *611 .... nothing happened...
Just looking to pay / upload the difference of my bill to get my service reactivated.
First time in my five years of using this service that I have had an issue.
Anyone else experiencing issues right now?
