If I request the moderator to change my subscription plan since I am unable to do it due to their programming display issue, how long does it take for them to complete my request.
I cannot see any 5G plans when I try to change my subscription. I contacted the moderator and they stated it's a programming issue. Do anyone know when this might be corrected?
I would like to change my subscription plan to the Canada-US plan but when I click on change subscription, only three plans are showing and the Canada-US plan is not showing. How can this be corrected?
Yeah, I am after trying different web browsers, incognita mode, iphones and computers and still only showing three subscriptions plans to choose from. It is very frustrating that I cannot change the plan on my own.
I contacted the moderator and this is what they said: "Please keep in mind that it's not possible to change plans from our end, which also means that sadly we can't schedule this type of change."
Thanks for your response! I tried changing it to incognito mode and still don't see any 5 plans. I am trying to choose the 5G US-Canada plan $50 for my next subscription renewal.
