I would like to change my subscription plan to the Canada-US plan but when I click on change subscription, only three plans are showing and the Canada-US plan is not showing. How can this be corrected?

Try using the PM website because sometimes the app doesn’t show everything and when you’re checking for a new plan, click on “all plans” and I’m sure it’ll come up. Sometimes the plans change quite often so it’s best to grab right away and click on “change on renewal” to avoid being charged twice.

if you are using the app , try to logoff and login again
and actually, better to try to use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to try instead of your app

Web site or app? I see them all on the web site change plan screen.
Adding - I see them all on the app too.
@computergeek541- I tried the plan change on the app and the scheduled plan change makes the plan not visible again. Like the web site. Yet another nice little YMMV for the place.

@KC8279 Make sure you tap the “all “ option when in the plans page or click the 5G plan option it should still be there
