Unable to receive calls

I’ve had a SIM card with public mobile for a few month but have just stared to use it. I’m able to make called with the SIM card, but all incoming calls automatically go to voice mail. How can I fix this?

My subscription is not working.

Not getting any service

I bought public mobile for my son. It worked first month. Although payment withdrawn from my card it's not working now. He can't sign in to get help from community because the account has to be verified by a code which he doesn't receive.
