My Data is not working

Hi. My account shows that I have 3 GB of add on data and yet, I’m not able to use it at all. I have consumed my regular data plan and was hoping to use the add ons, can you help me? Thank you very much.

just in case there is a browser cache issue and you are reading old info, please login My Account again using Incognito mode and confirm the add-on 

Also, try to reboot the device once

and are you on Android?  if so, make sure you disable the data limiter "Set Data limit"
