Confirm your account is still active. If you had autopay set up and it failed then your account is suspended.
Check you account first before we proceed.
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Is your account is Active? Login to your account and check. Or dial 611 and check if your account is suspended or active.
Also check to see if there are any outages in your area but it shouldn’t be that long:

Did you check if your account status is active? To avoid browser cache confusing, please login My account using Incognito mode to confirm account status
If it shows On Hold (Suspended) , then it is a payment issue. Click "Pay Now and Resume Services" to make a manual payment
If it shows active,
