Rewards not correct after switching to 90 day plan

Hello, 

 

Can a mod or agent please help me? 

I switched to a 90 day plan. However, I noticed my rewards were not multiplied by three for a 90 day plan.

@ML7777777  Your first payment of 90 day plan should only give you 1x reward to start . But your following renewal you will have 3x rewards for following renewal I just  did this plan switch to here have a look

You didn't loss two month of rewards.  You are getting just one rewards discount because you will be coming off from a 30 days plan and you only earned a rewards from the current 30 days plan

For PM, rewards are earned at the end of a plan cycle.  PM will credit rewards to your account on the last day of the cycle.  These rewards will then be used towards your renewal on the following day
